Cheeky Monkey Chia Balls

Tasty low fat, carb packed, gluten free pre run/workout fuel!

Ingredients: (makes 4 servings, 12 balls)

5g of Chia Bia: Chia and Blueberry Mix,

100g of Gluten free oats,

10g Honey,

1 ripe medium banana  – mashed.

These are really simple to make!

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees and then mix the oats, banana and honey together to form a thick sticky mixture.

Roll the mixture into 12 equal sized balls and then roll in the Chia Bia and blueberry mixture to coat.

Pop on a baking tray and into the oven for 15 minutes turning over half way through.
